How to assemble and anchor a T4TREAM dresser
- Clear a soft work area. Lay a rug or the flattened carton on the floor so the finished panels don't get scratched, and sort the hardware bags by letter.
- Build the carcass first. Join the sides, top and base with the cam-lock fittings, then fasten the back panel to square the frame.
- Fit the runners and drawers. Screw the metal runners to the carcass, assemble each drawer box, then slide the drawers in and check that they close evenly.
- Anchor it to the wall. Use the anti-tip strap and add wall fasteners that suit your wall type (they are not in the box), so the chest can't tip forward.
- Load it safely. Put the heaviest things in the bottom drawers, open only one drawer at a time, and don't set a TV on top.
